Presiden Jokowi Naikkan Anggaran PKH Dua Kali Lipat, Tugas Pendamping Kian Berat
JAKARTA–Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) memberikan tugas berat terhadap 39.700 sumber daya manusia (SDM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Pernyataan itu disampaikan saat Presiden Jokowi mengundang Koordinator Regional, Koordinator Wilayah, dan Koordinator Kabupaten/ Kota PKH di istana negara pada Kamis, 13 Desember 2018.
Dalam kesempatan ini Jokowi juga meminta Pendamping PKH melakukan validasi data secara akurat agar penyaluran PKH tepat sasaran.
“Tolong dilihat validasi data, pastikan yang dapat itu yang berhak menerima, kebenaran data penting sekali. Dan itu tanggung jawab bapak ibu sekalian,” kata Jokowi di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (13/12/2018) seperti diceritakan Koordinator PKH Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Muhammad Lutfi.
Jokowi menyebutkan, angka kemiskinan Indonesia saat ini sudah berada di level single digit, yaitu sekitar 9,8 persen. Angka ini menjadi capaian terbaik sepanjang sejarah meski menurunkannya tidak semudah di level double digit.
“Kalau mau menurunkan kemiskinan single sigit butuh tenaga ekstra, sehingga muncul yang namanya PKH,” ujar dia.
Dijelaskan, Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) saat ini berjumlah 10 juta, angka ini juga tetap berlanjut di tahun 2019. Jokowi menargetkan pada 2020 pemberian PKH bisa dirasakan ke 15,6 juta KPM.
“Jadi tugas bapak ibu semakin berat, mendampingi keluarga ini agar loncat ke level yang lebih tinggi,” ungkap dia.
Sedangkan anggaran PKH pada 2019 naik dua kali lipat dari yang sebelumnya Rp 19 triliun menjadi Rp 34 triliun. Selain itu, pemerintah juga pada tahun depan fokus membangun SDM yang menjadi prasyarat Indonesia menjadi negara maju.
“Infrastrukturnya sudah, kalau pembangunan SDM dilupakan ya sulit bersaing. Oleh sebab itu ke depan kita bergeser fokus ke pembangunan SDM,” kata dia.
“Jadi yang kita perhatikan itu bukan urusan fisik infrastruktur saja, tapi pengembangan SDM kita berikan perhatian lewat bantuan PKH, ini wujud sebuah keberpihakan negara kepada rakyatnya,” sambungnya. (tl/01)
